Required if there is a bar. $450.00 Facility fee (for group of over 125 people.) The facility fee is required for the hiring of security people, the linens and any other incidentals. $500.00 Patio fee for outdoor ceremony (covers chair rental). $500.00 minimum to be spent at the bar (if one is requested). $500.00 Deposit (non-refundable). Will be refunded back to you the following business day. $2.50 per chair cover. (white)
