Receptions

Seasons at Rose Creek is an ideal setting for that special wedding day celebration you've always dreamed about. Our facility will accommodate up to 180 people in our private banquet facility. During spring, summer, and fall our beautiful patio can be a unique addition for your private event.

Fees and Charges

The following is a list of all our fees and charges for a wedding and reception.

  • $2000.00 minimum to be spent on food. This includes coffee and punch.
  • $300.00 facility fee for groups up to 170 people (security, linens, set-up, tear down, etc.).
  • $450.00 facility fee for groups over 170 people.
  • $500.00 patio fee for outdoor ceremony or extra seating outdoors.
  • $500.00 minimum to be spent at the bar, if one is requested.
  • $500.00 deposit (non-refundable). Will be refunded back to you the following business day. Any incidental charges will be deducted from the deposit.
  • White chair covers with white ribbons available at $3.00 each.
  • $2500.00 room charge for wedding only.
  • Linens available: champagne, ivory, black. Other colors are available at $1.00 per table linen, and $.50 per napkin.

A 6.5% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill. A credit card is required on file for any additional fees or damages.

Any pictures or decorating must be approved by the banquet manager. No pictures or decorating will be allowed before 12:00 pm the day of the event. Open to the public. Available for everyone's enjoyment.
